How frustration turned into a mission
Our story
2019 - The Trigger
One Tuesday evening, Angela spends three hours filling out care records, even though she was supposed to have finished work at 10 p.m. She sends her son Ben a WhatsApp message: "There has to be a better solution."
2020 - The First Prototype
Ben develops the first version of the software to replace his mother Angela's Excel spreadsheets. Ben is immediately contacted by the next nursing home director, who has heard about his software.
2025 - The Launch
Humafix® goes live. Immediately, the next home care service reaches out to us and is thrilled with the process optimization.

Humafix® is a software company that knows the domiciliary care industry inside and out. In 2019, our founder Ben faced a personal challenge: his mother Angela’s care service was constantly overwhelmed by the day-to-day workload. He quickly realized that this was not an isolated case.
The team behind Humafix® is young, we’re curious, and we’re not afraid to do things differently. What drives us: letting caregivers get back to doing what they were truly trained to do.
